<p>Astazi este zi de supa, dar nu orice supa ci vestita supa de varza, cu multe legume si putine calorii. Supa indragita de amatoarele de dieta si de vegetarieni.</p>
<p><strong><em>Pentru preparare aveti nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</em></strong> 6 fire de ceapa verde; 2 ardei grasi, verzi, de marime medie; 3 morcovi; 300 g ciuperci; 1 buchet de tulpini de telina; 1 varza mare; 750 g pulpa de rosii; 1 lingurita cu praf de curry; 3 litri de supa de legume (din 6 cuburi de supa instant); sare si piper dupa gust.</p>
<p><strong><em>Pregatire ingrediente:</em></strong> Tocati varza marunt, sau mai mare dupa preferinta (eu am tocat-o fideluta). Radeti un morcov pe razatoarea mica. Ceilalti doi morcovi taiati-i felii (rondele). Ardeiul gras taiati-l cuburi. Tocati tulpinile de telina. Taiati rondele ceapa verde si ciupercile felii. Puneti pulpa de rosii intr-un bol, supa de legume asemenea, si aveti toate ingredientele pregatite.</p>
<p><strong><em>Preparare supa de varza:</em></strong> Puneti o lingura cu ulei de masline in oala si adaugati ceapa. Rumeniti ceapa 1 minut, dupa care adaugati telina, morcovul taiat rondele si amestecati. Mai lasati sa se inabuse 1 minut, amestecand permanent.<br />
Adaugati apoi ardeiul gras, ciupercile, si mai lasati sa se rumeneasca 1 minut, amestecand tot timpul. Adaugati pulpa de rosii si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>In final, adaugati varza tocata si morcovul ras, amestecati, dupa care adaugati supa de legume. Cand incepe sa fiarba, condimentati cu sare si piper dupa gust si adaugati praful de curry. Lasati sa fiarba, la foc mic, o ora si jumatate. Dupa ce a fiert timp de o ora si jumatate, stingeti focul si o puteti pune in farfurii pentru a o servi.</p>
<p>Se poate servi atat calda cat si rece. Daca doriti puteti adauga si o lingura de smantana.</p>

<p>Aceasta dieta este aplicata de medici in Danemarca pentru a provoca slabirea rapida a pacientilor supra-ponderali. Acesta dieta garanteaza o pierdere de 10-20 de kg in 13 zile.</p>
<p>Aceasta dieta dureaza 13 zile, este grea dar foarte eficienta. Schimbarea metabolismului este atat de profunda incat, la sfarsitul dietei, se poate reveni la alimentatia normala, fara a mai lua in greutate, vreme de doi ani. Daca se respecta programul zilnic, punct cu punct, se poate pierde toata grasimea de prisos acumulata in tesuturi. Cura trebuie urmata fix 13 zile, nici o zi in plus sau in minus.</p>
<p>Orice adaos de alimente, fata de cele strict prescrise in dieta (o bomboana, o guma de mestecat, un biscuit, un pahar de vin, de bere etc.), impune oprirea imediata a dietei fiindca nu mai are efect. In acest caz dieta se poate relua dupa 6 luni. Daca nu rezistati sa tineti dieta mai mult de 6 zile (respectand corect prevederile alimentare), opriti-o si reluati-o dupa 3 luni.</p>
<p>Tinuta corect vreme de 13 zile, dieta nu poate fi reluata sub nicio forma in urmatorul an. Ea se poate repeta dupa doi ani dar numai daca mai este necesar. Va sfatuiesc sa evitati, in perioada cat tineti dieta, vizitele si musafirii, iar daca va chinuie foamea beti apa plata, cel putin 2 litri pe zi.</p>
<p>Salata verde (din dieta) sa fie proaspata, iar pestele (codul), poate fi inlocuit cu pastrav sau calcan. Cafeaua nu poate fi inlocuita cu ceai sau invers, iar iaurtul natural este cel nepasteurizat fara adaus de fructe sau zahar.</p>
<p><strong><em>Ziua 1</em></strong></p>
<p>- Mic dejun: o ceasca de cafea + un cub de zahar;<br />
- Pranz: 2 oua fierte tari + 400 gr spanac fiert + o rosie<br />
- Cina: 200 gr friptura de vaca + o salata cu ulei si zeama de lamaie</p>
<p><strong><em>Ziua 2</em></strong></p>
<p>- Mic dejun: o ceasca de cafea + un cub de zahar;<br />
- Pranz: 250 gr de sunca + o cutie iaurt natural<br />
- Cina: 200 gr friptura de vaca + o salata cu ulei si zeama de lamaie</p>
<p><strong><em>Ziua 3</em></strong></p>
<p>- Mic dejun: o ceasca de cafea + un cub de zahar + o felie de paine prajita<br />
- Pranz: 2 oua fierte tari + o felie de sunca  + o salata<br />
